FLATLINER.com Terms and Conditions: All customers of FLATLINER.com agree to the following terms and conditions and do so without exception by continuing to use the website, making purchases and using FLATLINER.com® or FLATLINER® products.


Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

  • FLATLINER.com reserves the right to cancel orders, and refund any transactions at all times with or without explanation at its sole discretion.
  • Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
  • All materials, photos, text, information, name(s), trademarks, copyright rights are reserved and may not be used by any other third party with expressed written consent from Flatliner.com / Flatliner.
  • Customers and users of Flatliner.com® / Flatliner® tools and equipment understand and agree that use of any and all equipment is to be used only in the manner it was designed to be used. All customers and users of equipment agree in advance without recourse to hold Flatliner.com® / Flatliner® harmless and indemnify Flatliner.com® / Flatliner® as a brand, company etc.
  • Any and all sales are final due to the special nature of the tools and equipment.

All Sales final Policy

Due to the special nature of the tools and equipment, please note that all sales are final. Please be aware of counterfeits in the market place.


All items are inspected and tested before being shipped:

  • Some products may carry a manufacturers warranty covering defects and requires that end user / customer send in photos of the assumed to be defect part for review via email to sales@flatliner.com with the customer contact information.
  • If it is found that the item was defective and has been confirmed in writing to the customer from sales@flatliner.com with an authorization number the replacement item will be made available to the customer at their shipping expense. The customer may also be required to send in the core (defective item(s)) prior to the replacement being sent out after shipping costs have been paid by the customer.
